It all began last year, when our country’s ruling party proposed a horrible policy.
In order to address the issue of a declining birthrate and aging population, pregnancy and childbirth would be mandatory for women over the age of 18.
It was a ridiculous policy, but the ruling party pushed it through almost by force, and it was passed.
However, the results were poor, so in an effort to spur the public on,
the government enacted a further measure called the “Forced Breeding Law to Counteract a Society with a Declining Birthrate.”
In this law, several childless women aged XX and over from all over the country
would be selected and forced to breed.

The proceedings were broadcast live on nationwide television, with the aim of setting an example.
The only way to escape is to avoid being caught within the time limit…
Note: While there are references to pregnancy within the setting,
please note that there are no post-pregnancy situations such as bulging bellies in the story.
