A new janitor has just started working at the school. With a creepy appearance and suspicious behavior, the students secretly mock him, calling him a “Creep” (Kimo-otoko) behind his back.

However, he possesses a secret weapon: a “Hypno-App” he developed in private. While maintaining the facade of a pathetic janitor on the surface, he begins to use the app behind the scenes to manipulate the teachers, one after another, to his every whim.

On his first day, a parent-teacher conference happens to be taking place, and a mother and daughter appear on campus. “Can I dominate both mother and daughter at the same time, not just the teachers…?” Distorted curiosity and a lust for power begin to sprout in the janitor’s heart.

Before long, the mother, the daughter, and even the school itself are transformed into a testing ground for his app——.
