Our protagonist, Mizugo Kanata, had distanced himself from music due to a certain incident in his past, but he meets Otomori Momiji, who is singing alone in the classroom after school.
Momiji and Kanata, who are unable to sing in front of others, are invited to a virtual rock band live show and are introduced to a world they had never known before.
There, Momiji realizes she can sing in her virtual body and decides to become a VTuber called “Maple.”
She forms the “Electronic Light Music Club,” adding former light music club bassist Kamigami Kaisaku, and with the help of those around her, they solve problems and grow as a band with the aim of winning the school festival.
