DESCRIPTION

Kishicho, a small port town in Tohoku surrounded by deep mountains on three sides.
It was a quiet countryside with no big industry and no tourist spots.
The only distinctive building is the prison at the foot of the mountain.

In such a rural town, an illegal human experiment was planned to avoid the public eye.
However, trouble occurs at midnight the day before the experiment starts.
Kishicho was destroyed overnight.
