In response, the government began developing a libido-reducing vaccine using criminals as test subjects. However, during the clinical trial stage, a devastating side effect emerged: unless the subjects continuously released their excessive sexual desires, their DNA would collapse, causing severe physical mutations.

Though the trial was deemed a failure, experiments on the mutated test subjects continued. That was until one day, an unidentified terrorist group destroyed the research facility, allowing the contained specimens to escape into the outside world.

Startled by the screams of the townspeople, Yuri Hanasaki spun around. There, she saw the mutated creatures brutally attacking innocent people.
