A young man who has gained the ability to play rock-paper-scissors regardless of his opponent’s will challenges women he sees on the street to a game of yakyuken.
He can challenge anyone, regardless of time or place, as long as they’re dressed.
Using this special ability, he wins rock-paper-scissors games, strips them, and then loses and strips himself, repeatedly causing a commotion throughout the city.
This time, his opponents include athletes in the middle of a game, librarians and maids on duty, street reporters, and an idol.
