The protagonist is a young man who loves idols.
After dropping out of college because he had too much fun, he began to look for a job that would somehow allow him to earn money and make use of his hobby.

One day, an ad for an underground idol theater producer caught his eye on a bulletin board in a busy shopping district.

The job was to run the theater and manage the schedule and training of an exclusive idol group called TEARS.

This could be my calling…” he thought.

Thinking this, he knocked on the door of the theater without any hesitation.

The protagonist is hired as an apprentice producer and begins to teach the idol group various things. (MTL)
