“Futanari Manor” is a facility run by the grandfather of our cheerful and honest high school protagonist. It is a place dedicated to supporting Futanaris so they can live healthy, happy lives.

After many years of service as the manager, the grandfather decides to go on a long-term hot spring trip to treat his chronic back pain. As a result, the protagonist has to step in as his substitute.

Our hero gives it her all in her very first job… But for some reason, zombies begin to appear… And a giant shadow begins to creep ever closer…
