The collapse of civilization made obtaining food and water extremely difficult,
and looting and murder among the survivors became rampant.
As the protagonist, you are no exception, and can either ‘seriously explore and obtain food’
or ‘kill survivors and steal their ingredients’.
You can also meet and interact with ‘heroines’ found in various areas.
