You are a university student living alone with your parents working overseas. There is a global epidemic going around, and classes are almost all remote, so you are staying at home.
In the midst of all this, your older childhood friend, Misumi Yuuka, who lived next door to you until a few years ago, shows up at your house. For some reason, she’s dressed as a maid.
